< 20% Watched
You have watched less than 20% of total course videos.
No Downloads
Course certificates or resources have not been downloaded.
Exceptions

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the request is made after 7 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • If you have watched or completed more than 20% of the course material.
  • If you have already claimed or downloaded the completion certificate.
  • Purchases made through third-party promotions, corporate discounts, or custom bulk pricing.
